I'd love an actual 'continent' of islands, kind of Shadowlands style where it's very spread out and more water than continent. Flight paths/boats inbetween all the islands, easy peasy.

This reveal date means Xpac will only drop in 2023, i cant see a scenario where we got a 2022 Xpac without it being trash level, unless something Magical happens

I think people are looking too much into the reveal date
The reveal would’ve happened at Blizzconline in February if it wasn’t cancelled. They just want everyone to experience the end of SL so they don’t have to redact any spoilers from the reveal.

I’m also expecting them to have some playable demo and/or alpha that’ll go live during or soon after the xpac’s announcement that they probably want to iron out a bit more. (I’d imagine it being either a new race or class starting zone)
