They use the same skin, and the TMD is the companion pet to the mount.

Uh, the RPG was canon until around 2011. And it is relevant to your point because multiple portions of the RPG were brought over into WoW for the Pandaren, Pandaria, and the Brewmaster. Thus your initial argument that the only lore we had for the Monk class for MoP was from the WC3 hero unit isn't true. In fact, Blizzard continues to pull stuff from the RPG into WoW. One recent example was Mogul Razdunk, the boss from The MotherLODE. He was from the RPG and didn't show up until BFA.

    Legion > MoP > WotLK = Shadowlands > Cataclysm > WoD > BfA > TBC

The big theme will eventually be the dragon theme. (I think)
Last time we had the dragon theme (cataclysm) we had a dragon villain and dragon NPC heroes.

Maybe, since they haven't been super creative in creating a new threat with the jailor, which is just the bald, lame and stronger version of the lich king, we soon have a uber-deathwing, too.

I saw someone calling the dragon theme in WoW lame here, maybe I am alone but the cata trailer is until now my fav wow trailer

Doubtful since those items are nearly a decade old at this point.

Uh, I mean that if the next expansion IS related to the steamscale I doubt you would admit that you're wrong.

Just like you didn't admit you were wrong about the Heart of Aspects mount.

Has there been anything new at all going on the last week? Or are we all just speculating until April?

I mean, instead of saying "It comes from a magical dreamworld", they could write something that kind of hints at the Shadowlands? I am not saying they should say "Yep, this mount hails from the ARDENWEALD REALM in the SHADOWLANDS".

You can't really say that "Oh yeah, that mount totally predicted this expansion" when nothing about the mount even references the mount, and actually mentions a completely different place. It's only a hint in hindsight. Just like every storemount is, other than the Manasaber, which is the only one that kind of references the future events in some way.

Watch when the cat mount is part of a Red Dragon zone.

Just saying we have 3 dragon baddies
    1. Chromatus who is currently dead but his body is “sealed” and he had healing capabilities
    2. Galakrond who is a skeleton but his remains are powerful enough to corrupt things close to it…also a datamined map without his remains there
    3. Moruzond and Nozdormu has been absent for a while and was the only living aspect absent from 8.3

Now you could easily argue that the rift in icecrown has had some effect on the two threats currently in northrend

The point is the German version cannot be read that way at all. So unless they bungled the translation, you're likely just taking a metaphor to mean more than it does.

Wasn’t the shadowlands originally just a reflection of the dream in the lore?

It's just "the future is bright", you guys are reading too much into it.

    You're probably right.

Although the monochrome map is intriguing.

You also forgot Vexiona and the Dragon Cult of the Void.

In fact it will be revealed that, much like Wrathion the Black Emperor, the Vexiona we fought in Ny'alotha was actually a Faceless one disguising itself as the Void matriarch. A diversion distracting the heroes from the REAL Vexiona, who is MIA and is leading the Cult of the Void and the Void Dragonflight.

Vexiona is in a prime position to usher in the supremacy of the Void and the whispers in the Dragon Isles. What better way to strike, than when the champions are busy fighting in another dimension entirely?

Pretty much speculating. All of the major leaks have been thoroughly debunked.

I mean, before Shadowlands, Shadowlands was nothing really. The lore was really really sparse, and at most, it was the opposite of the Emerald Dream.

Anyway, the Sylverian Dreamer wasn't even connected to the Emerald Dream either, because it references a different kind of dream magic.

"An artist in the magical city of Dalaran fell asleep on her brush, and dreamed of painting a beautiful feathered dragon. Her artwork lept from the page, and when she awoke, she found it sleeping gently beside her."

Honestly if I wanted to play a Necromancer, I would have a great deal of fun with Warlocks and Death Knights. As for Dark Rangers, Forsaken or Void Elf MM Hunters or BM Hunters with undead pets should scratch that itch quite well. You could even obtain Sylvanas' Quiver and Bow for icing on the top.

If you want to play Tinker, play a Survival Hunter with Robot Pets and Engineering as a profession.
