    Definitely not canon.

According to WoWhead Paladins have a different quest at the end of the chain which is what actually awards the appearance. So its both class and race specific.

As for the entire ensemble, it might just not be complete yet. Or there might be more chapters to these racial quest lines in the future. I guess we will have to wait and see.

Which is irrelevant. The point is that those mounts foreshadowed an expansion that we knew nothing about. Hence, they were hints of the next expansion.

"Definitely not canon" is not an argument.
Okay, the Skychaser mount is not canon, yet it still hinted at future content.

    Better?

I don't know why people aren't putting more stock in the tweet from the official WoW twitter account a couple months ago, which had the caption ''Dreaming of the future'' or something else very similar along those lines, with pictures of the green parts of Desolace. Which ironically, was the most prominent zone revamped during Cataclysm that wasn't altered due to destruction, but where life had flourished.

That to me, is pretty much a massive wink wink nudge nudge from the devs suggesting what the next expansion is - which would be a world revamp expansion this time based on rebuilding, rather than destruction which was brought by Cataclysm.

Arcane Shot is not Night elven, as far as i know.
The reason why Hunters have these is because it encompasses the Archer, which is mostly represented by elven Rangers.

None of them are in the game?
And they were part of the racial system, so every race got one.

Actually that's exactly what Stealth is. In fact, Ambush also came from the Blademaster, since when you came out of Windwalk (Stealth) you did additional damage on your initial attack.
Stealth is blending with the Shadows. Blademasters do not do that.
"Conceals you in the shadows until cancelled, allowing you to stalk enemies without being seen."
"So adept and agile are the blademasters that they can move so quickly that they appear to be invisible to the naked eye".

Ambush has nothing to do with that.
"Ambush an enemy, dealing 130 damage and reducing their Armor by 10 for 5 seconds."

"Grant Samuro Stealth for up to 10 seconds or until he attacks, uses an Ability, or takes damage.

While Stealthed, Samuro heals for 1% of his maximum Health per second, his Movement Speed is increased by 20%, and he can pass through other units. Remaining stationary for at least 1.5 seconds while Stealthed grants Invisible.

Samuro is Unrevealable for the first 1 second of Wind Walk."

The Warcraft 3 ability just did extra damage upon attacking, it didn't have an Ambush ability.
"Allows the Blademaster to become invisible, and move faster for a set amount of time. When the Blademaster attacks a unit to break invisibility, he will deal bonus damage."

    Learn your lore, will ya?

You clearly miss what they add as classes with the Demon Hunter. It's not ones that don't have abilities in the game.

But I still believe that an Old World Revamp would be way too early for 10.0.

I can't find it anymore but I saw a leak a while ago that claimed Blizzard was basically planning to carry out the "Void Saga" before going back to a revamped Azeroth at some point in 2030 as a way to "reset" the universe back to its more humble, Warcraft roots. I'm not saying that leak was real by any means, but that's a solution that makes the most sense to me if they want to shift the focus back to Azeroth without players being constantly distracted by the looming threat of a Purple Space God threatening to end the universe.

He isn't spamming. He's discussing the idea of what the next expansion COULD be and also what he personally WANTS. Which is well within the rules here. If he wants an Undermine/Dragon expansion, and has his reasons for thinking it can be one then that's fair game and it doesn't make his opinion ''spam'' or lesser than anyone else who wants, for example, a Lordaeron revamp expansion.

People complain about Teriz, and to a lesser extent Varx and constantly ask for them to be banned or to stop talking. If anything, the mods need to take a harder look at the people who constantly feel the need to be rude, dismissive and ironically, the more obnoxious ones to them, just because they have a different OPINION. Funnily enough, its the posts like yours, and ironically at this point, mine, that derails this thread - not them for sharing their speculation and opinions on Tinkers/Undermine/whatever.

As has already been mentioned, if it bothers you THAT much - ignore them. And as already has been mentioned - get a grip.

Good old times when we thought they may have made 8.3 a low effort patch to put more time into shadowlands development lol

Then why did they get (and still have) Trushot aura, a PotM ability?

Stealth is blending with the Shadows. Blademasters do not do that.
"Conceals you in the shadows until cancelled, allowing you to stalk enemies without being seen."

This is semantics. When Blademasters used Windwalk, they turned invisible. When Rogues use Stealth, they turn invisible. These are simply facts.

Ambush has nothing to do with that.
You need to re-read Ambush. It requires stealth and you deal additional damage to the enemy coming out of stealth, just like the Blademaster dealt more damage on their initial attack coming out of Windwalk.

Except, they are not the only ones remaining.
You're free to believe that, but the fact remains, the only WC3 heroes whose abilities have never been in any WoW class is the Tinker and the Alchemist.

They didn't. Not everything is related to WC3.
It comes from the RPG class Thief/Rogue.

Again, the question was "What abilities did the Rogue get from WC3?"

    Agreed.
Nyalotha should’ve been it’s own zone at a minimum.
But instead we just got 2 existing zones that weren’t even revamped outside of placing down old god assets.

The Vale was just reverted to an old version that we had before the final patch of MoP

Seems I misremembered and confused it with the tweet before in regards to asking what orc Peon's dream about.

However, the post I am referring to with the Desolace pictures was captioned ''Focus on the journey, not the destination.'' Which is still an interesting phrase to use, as well as an interesting choice of zone pictures to use; that being focusing on the only zone in Cataclysm to be changed due to life flourishing, as opposed to a cataclysm.

You could argue that it is Nelf/Elune focused. To which I would respond with, if thats the case, then use images of Hyjal/Teldrassil/Ashenvale instead. Using these Desolace pictures to me suggests a focus on rebuilding and life flourishing.

    Thank you.

This simply adds to my belief that we're looking at a Cataclysm 2.0. However as you mentioned in your previous post, not really based on destruction, but change, where lingering storylines and zones from Cataclysm are finally updated. With that you can get Worgen returning to Gilneas and Goblins returning to Kezan/Undermine, which works since it was Cataclysm where they were driven from their homelands. Beyond those two races, I can see renewal in places like Desolace, Gadgetzan, Western/Eastern Plaguelands, and Westfall.

Interestingly, that also works with Wrathion looking for the Dragon Isles.

Perhaps Team Steamscale and Team WorldRevamp aren't so far apart after all.

Remember that double-logic thing you keep doing? "Every class is based on a W3 hero without exception" & "Sometimes they take W3 abilities & put it in a new class & change the name" are contradictions. You're showing they can create any new class they want wholesale so long as they incorporate some minor ability but you don't seem to be absorbing that point.

I see Cataclysm 2.0 as a foregone conclusion at this point. I can see all zones being revamped, with some merged. We'll see some towns in zones expanded, some new intrusions from other core races into zones they previously hadn't had much to do with, new localized threats to zones, as well as some greater threats scattered across several zones. I think the entire expansion will be marketed around rebuilding and progression.

I see it as a combination of Classic, Cataclysm and MoP.

As well as the old world being revamped (and relevant at max level to an extent), I see us getting new max level zones on top, just like Cataclysm. I imagine two of those zones will be Dragon Isles and Undermine. I also think we might get Tel'abim, Plunder Isle and Zul'Dare. Tel'abim and Undermine to fill in the Kalimdor side of the ocean of the Maelstrom. The latter 3 zones I'm on the fence about - but I'm pretty sure we actually will get both Dragon Isles and Undermine.

I think a new race or two are definitely possible, but yes, I do believe we will get a new class - and I do believe that class will be *gasp* - Tinker.

These guys outright dismiss and diminish other peoples posts and that is considered extremely rude and obnoxious because they start pushing their opinion as rule.

That's for gameplay purposes. Just like all Hunters could use Black Arrow despite not being undead elves.

Remember that double-logic thing you keep doing? Well let me clarify; Classic classes are combinations of several classes. The only exception to this are Paladins.

Warriors: Blademaster, TC, MK, Footman, Knight, Tauren, wtc.
Mage: Blood Mage, Archmage, Sorceror, Lich, Sea Witch, etc.
Rogue: Blademaster, Warden, Demon Hunter, Various bandit creeps, etc.
Shaman: Farseer, Shaman, Witch Doctor, Shadow Hunter, Spirit Walker, etc.
    Druid: DotC, DotT, KotG
Hunters: PotM, Dark Ranger, Beast Master, various NE units, etc.
Priests: Priest, PotM, Dark Ranger, etc.
    Paladin: Paladin
Warlock: Pit Lord, Dreadlord, Banshee, Dark Ranger, Blood Mage, etc.

    Now when we get to the expansion classes, things become a bit more uniform, and with the Demon Hunter in 2016, you begin to see the incorporation of HotS concepts;

Death Knight: DK, Necromancer, Lich, Crypt Lord, various Undead Units
    Monk: Brewmaster
Demon Hunter: Demon Hunter (WC3 and HotS)

Now the issue is that Bards don't fit into that paradigm. There were no Bard heroes in WC3, and the only thing remotely close was an orc on the back of a Kodo beating a drum. Again, it is up to Blizzard to change that.

EDIT: Also I am aware that there is some other influences at play besides ONLY the WC3 units. However, it's rather clear that WC3 is the base of WoW classes. Again, completely up to Blizzard to change that.
