These are NOT the stay a while and listens...These are just NPC dialogue before cutscenes.

Pandaren druid panda bear form. Bengal Tiger cat form. Snow leopard travel form. Koi fish aquatic form. South Asian parakeet flight form. Tree form is a koala bear sitting on a tree, or a bamboo tree. Moonkin is harder to guess. I would want them to not add another bird. Maybe a red panda idk.

They should be based on the August Celestials since they are already Wild Gods. Black Ox form for bear, white tiger for cat, red crane for moonkin, and jade serpent for incarnation: tree of life.

Definitely agree with this format, it'd do WONDERS for making racials more interesting since they wouldn't have to be as designed around every race having a mix of PVP/PVE and utility/flavor stuff, and less concern about faction balance.

For sure. I just really think Racials need to be customizable so there's more freedom when it comes to choosing races; you can choose the one that appeals you the most visually rather than because of min maxing.

As long as the Racial and Unique traits are of the immerssive/fun variety something like this could really uncouple looks from min maxed performance.

What I would really like to see, and is very unlikely to happen, would be a return to azeroth as a sh*t show. Have the naga, murlocs and scourge running rampant. Have the cults and crusaders fighting for power against the horde/alliance, have the sub groups of haters who arent interested in peace with the opposite faction trying to destroy the treaties. Make it a crazy holy crap the planet has gone mad and we the heros have to navigate though it all, put out fires and find a way to stop the chaos whilst we work to get the sword out of our beloved azeroth. I want to see us making azeroth beautiful, rebuilding the tree, cleaning up loderan. Fix all the damage we caused over the past 2 decades.

We will probably get dragons with some sort of borrowed power mechanic though so...

I am really fond of Vereesa's lines before the Judgement:

After witnessing Sylvanas's deeds during the war, I feared the last vestige of the sister I knew was gone forever.
But when I heard what transpired here in the Shadowlands, I had to come and see for myself.
I'd understand if you thought me a fool for still having hope, but... I have lost so many that I loved.
If there is even a chance that a spark of the Sylvanas I knew has returned, then I refuse to give up on her.

I don't know why but of all the NPC dialogues, this one resonated the most with me. It is my favourite with Lor'themar's, and Lor'themar's exchange with Genn.

I mean a timeskip isn't needed when the zones are ten years old. A timeskip allows for greater changes without having to explain a lot, but lorewise they shouldn't look the way they are right now.
Also doesn't time move slower in the shadowlands not faster?

This. Cata didn't have a timeskip either. And let's be honest. The gap between now and cata is much bigger than Vanilla and Cata.

Old version: Vanilla, TBC, WotLK
New version: Cata, MoP, WoD, Legion, BfA, SL

Add in the island expedition threats that weren’t dealt with

I can see the start being
Cleaning up scourge
Then scarlet crusade which causes tension in the alliance and the undead
Scarlet crusade leader revealed to be a black dragon who wanted revenge by screwing up Wrathion’s pet’s unity
Void flight comes to free the thing at the bottom of the sunwell
Scourge leads to galakrond being revived because of the leak of death magic because of shadowlands

Yeah. The Exploring EK and Kalimdor pretty much laid out it very thick that the zones are still just as they are after Cataclysm (BFA changes applied of course) so that they don't need to do any updates on them.

Sure, except Darkshire was genocided during Legion, Lordaeron was blighted to kingdom come, pretty sure Gilneas was officially reclaimed. Maybe the geography has not changed, but the demography and the geopolitical situation surely did.

They're gonna keep Anduin in the shadowlands so they can age him up to be like the old wolf comic.

They'll explain the timeskip for him but not for us by saying like "Yeah time flows the same when the dimensions are connected but flow separately again now that the rift above Icecrown healed." Just like what happened with Draenor after WoD.

He's gonna come back in 11.0 for the void vs light expansion (or 10.3 if they pull another Nyalotha but with the void)

This would justify his ageing (assuming that comic ever even comes true), but why would he stay behind on Shadowlands? What purpose could he possibly serve there? Anduin has a duty to the Alliance as its leader. Surely he wouldn't just abandon them to... do what exactly? Play cards with the Winter Queen?

The conflict in the Shadowlands is over. Anduin staying behind makes ZERO sense.
