Tier 11 in general was quite good IMO. tier 12 as well. DS was hit or miss, but some were quite good.
Warlock, priest, warrior, mage, hunter were all good tier 13 sets. I think you are under-rating cata sets, but that's just my opinion. I totally disagree about the wrath sets being good even if they were more colorful.
With this question alone, you're giving me serious doubts that you even made a Void elf character.
It is stated literally in their intro that the Ren'dorei have resisted the whispers that broke even the wills of Dragons.
Thus, the knowledge the Ren'dorei possess will be pivotal to the survival of the entire Dragon species.
Speaking of which i'm genuinely at a loss as to what the core plot will be. The idea of the Aspects wanting to regain their powers after how fucked the world is and being the main antagonists, possibly culminating with the Infinite Dragonflight and the variety you have access to in terms of gameplay/raid design once they get involved would be a good backdrop to show off how that world is doing after so many cataclysms, shown off by Lordaeron and hopefully a couple other redone zones.
Dickmann's Law: As a discussion on the Lore forums becomes longer, the probability of the topic derailing to become about Sylvanas approaches 1.
Tinkers will be the next Class confirmed.
IM not denying what you are saying, but obviously you are way over inflating their importance. IM sure they will exist somewhere, but they wont be main characters. Im not going to have a discussion about this with you though. You have proven completely unable to discuss anything that doesn't fit into your small narrative. Have a good day.
Both of those refer to the player character though - not to mention it's actually Shadowbringers -, while dragonflight is just completely random and nonsensial in WoW's context, unless you mean really just a singular dragon flight. Until it acutally happens, I'm inclined to believe that it's used as a lazy shorthand by the website monkey and the actual title has some more words or at least another form in it and image is just someone blowing up their fan art while coincidentally picking the corresponding engrish word.
You are welcome, Metzen. I hope you won't fuck up my underground expansion idea.
"Dragonflight"?
That name sounds very bland, generic...
I don't expect them to be antagonists, rather I expect them to fuck everything up by accident. Wrathion finds out that there is a way to reignite their Aspect sparks or something at the Dragon Isles. He convinces the other aspects (maybe Alex is doubtful but ends up agreeing in the end) they travel there, do their thing and everything seems fine. We go there as guests of honor and then help the Dragonflights tidy up the Dragon Isles that have grown wild after millenia of neglect only for odd things popping up. "Light the Masters' way" suggests guiding the Void Lords to Azeroth after all. I just hope they end up the xpac and lead in to a Void one after instead of again wasting two themes in one.
Wait what, were getting a dragon expac? never ever could i have imagined that..
If there's any truth to dragons being related to Life, I wonder if we'll see something related to this Il'gynoth quote in 10.0 as well:
Alexstrasza is the Aspect of Life, so the "vassal of life" could be referring to someone working for her. I don't really know of anyone with green eyes that's associated with Alex though. The vassal of life disguises treachery. Beware the eyes of green.

It's not this bland though.
It would make sense if it was a shorthand for a more elaborate title like "Rise of the Dragonflight" or something, and the code just refers to it as Dragonflight instead.
Or for that matter, it could be that the code calls it Dragonflight because that makes it easy to figure out what it refers to, and the title is actually Explosion of Dragons, to pick a completely random example.
Dragonflight does work fine enough as a proper title, but given we have only seen it in a code string I wouldn't be so quick to assume it shows the whole picture. This isn't exactly like with Shadowlands where we had found the website name.
The world revamp dream will never die!
