If there's any truth to dragons being related to Life, I wonder if we'll see something related to this Il'gynoth quote in 10.0 as well:



Alexstrasza is the Aspect of Life, so the "vassal of life" could be referring to someone working for her. I don't really know of anyone with green eyes that's associated with Alex though.

I am still betting on Merithra. New aspect of the Green flight, has something to prove to match her mother's legacy. Next to the black, the Green flight is the one closest to corruption by the void; remember the void flower in the Emerald Dream after the Xavius fight and then the condition of the Dream during the Essence quests.

I would really love for them to explore a phasing theme. Instead of a new continent, have zones and then their phased versions. Maybe it's because the first game I loved was A Link to the Past but just imagine having them revamp a number of adjacent zones and then have you adventure between those zones and a Void version of them.

but given we have only seen it in a code string I wouldn't be so quick to assume it shows the whole picture. This isn't exactly like with Shadowlands where we had found the website name.

Shadowlands is practically finished already, theres no way they are gonna let it drag out for another year with nothing to do surely?! I imagine they have been working on this for some time. Im going to stick my neck out and say the new expansion is closer than you might think.

We are having 6-8 months of the current Season and then another 6-8 months of S4. Yeah, Dragonflight won't be around for a while. S4 announcement sealed that.

You have far too much trust in Blizzard. Maybe Microsoft can turn some gears but I still think a 2023 release date is all but confirmed.

They delayed SL release then subsequently had super long patches afterwards with 9.1 and 9.2 taking extra long to come out. They have been struggling to keep up. Early 2023 is a fair estimate given the circumstances.

That's true, that is a very convincing leak, especially with the similarities between the alexstrasza armor and the datamined armor.

I guess we will wait and see.

Eyes of Green is not the same as green eyes. With Ysera, her opening her eyes (the Eyes of the Green flight) was a plot point; her power was contained as she was sleeping. I think Merithra and Wrathion are not even aspects but they could become so in Dragon Isles and when she opens her eyes, something will go south.

Can I just throw out the fact that I feel kinda bad for that guy that leaked those screenshots and high res images he created with so much detail about the dragon isles and Japanese cherry blossoms and playable vrykuls and no one even batted an eye cause like 20 min later news of the real leak broke. Poor kid got paid no mind lmfaooo
