So in the end we got what is essentially easymode zergfest to properly balance out the feeling that each individual player doesn't contribute a ton to the overall experience, and that it therefore follows that it would be unfair to have a game fail because of that.

Make Warfronts a 5-man premade queue experience and I think it could have worked brilliantly. Not just because each individual player would have had a greater impact, but you could have made it much more difficult.
That's a very fine idea and I like it relative to the idea of Warfronts we got, but I'd honestly just prefer if Warfronts were a Tol Barad-esque experience mixing PvE and Open-World PvP. Everybody liked Wintergrasp and I think it would've been very well-received.

I would like to see WoW's take on FFXIV's Bozja. I think they could knock that general concept out of the part.

Metal. I think this would unironically fit a world revamp, though. It would fit with the "return to Classic in Retail" theme and reconcile those different approaches.

Honestly I just think Heroic Warfronts just needed to be tuned as hard as Heroic raids. They were not matchmaking content so they could afford to be hard. Make it so you actually need to have a team specialized in speed to gather resources ASAP so everyone can get troops fast or otherwise you just don't have the damage to push and can barely defend. Imagine Arathi with all three commanders up at the same time, each joining in the attack at different times and then having to fight all three of them together. All of their special troops appearing in the battlefield. Faster event spawn rate. Just make it harder, tune it tighter, make it busier. Would feel like a dynamic raid environment.

No, especially given how crazy the idea that someone saw this once and could remember all these details.
But we can definitely wish it's true Cause it sounds awesome.

That doesn't sound bad at all. I'd enjoy it. I'm more of a Wintergrasp type, as I've said ad nauseum, but it's a very good idea and sounds pretty effectual. It would be somewhat more like Warfronts as advertised.

The Bard idea as the minstrel? Eh.

But the Bard idea as a Chanter from Pillars of Eternity, or as a Red Mage from Final Fantasy? Those I'd like to see.

After all, you could be an orc wardrummer or something else cool and fitting.

Give me the rogue tank spec I've wanted since vanilla pls and thank you. I would...really dig this concept actually. Honestly outlaw/combat spec would be perfect for it. I've played rogue tanks before in other games, and did some rogue offtanking back in the day in UBRS and some other dungeons. (stack a ton of of agility and dodge) It was fun.

No. It would of been a lot more plausible for me if Galakrond was the one narrating it.

Alexstrasza just being like - let me show you this place we intentionally hid from you for no reason doesn't make much sense when you break it down.

Eh, my wife has a very good memory of things she's only seen once. She could probably break down a 4 minute trailer easily enough.

It's painfully fake. It makes no sense for Alexstrasza, who has never left Azeroth to be talking about how the dragons belong on Azeroth and it's their home. 100% written by some random player who is especially unhappy with cosmic focus wanting to "go home".

Man I’m glad Teriz is gone; I don’t think he could handle the possibility of a Minstrel class or of Tinkers only having a DPS spec

Well there was the "survivor class" what was found some time back. So seems you might get at least half of your wish.

We have no reason to believe anything is legitimate except for the name Dragonflight.

That seemed to be connected to Exile's Reach, was it not? The speculation being that you would choose your class during gameplay?

That was my impression. Just thought I'd ask since it was presented when someone asked if there was anything new. Thanks!

Well yeah. It should have been as advertised
This is the biggest issue with WoW. Features should keep being iterated upon until they work. Then they should be kept and maintained. Instead often they are just retired either without ever really making an effort to make them work or even worse, they are actually made functional or even good and then retired anyway.

Btw I got no response to this concept I posted from earlier.
What if we got a class that is also a race? Wrathion helps a batch of Chromatic whelps hatch, a leftover experiment by Nefarian. You can play a whelp, shift between multiple forms (your chosen humanoid form, an HD whelp or small drake form and a hybrid combat form like the one Hearthstone Mercenaries created for Wrathion). You can also tap into your Chromatic heritage to shift between colors and tap into different powers. Your race is also your class, you have a combination of powers tied to the dragonflights with physical dragon powers though most powers depend on your active color (think stance dancing). SO you could have some powers that are very specific to your active flight while others are always active and some just are modified (so you can only use time abilities when Bronze, wing buffet with every spec, while breath is available to all but has a different damage type and secondary effect).
Multiple specs (could have as many as four tbh to cover all roles).
