He's also wrong on Murozond. Yes, we killed him... so Nozdormu now has to fall or we'll have a paradox. He actually needs to appear, storywise.

Because Shadowlands is tied to death, we’ve seen plots to resurrect him before, and that culminating seems like an easy segue into dragon lore.

But that also presumes that the writers want a logical segue, when precedent says they believe logical progression of a narrative is a failing.

Exactly. It’s a segue out of death and into dragons. Narrative connective tissue. That thing that good storytellers use when telling ongoing long form narratives.

Can you really kill a four-dimensional entity?

You trap it in a time loop and make your past self kill it.

We also just dealt with a Death expansion so I highly doubt we'll see another undead final boss, even though it would be pretty fucking dope to fight Galakrond
I mean galakrond is probably a world boss at least because he is kinda the cause of the creation of the aspects

Also apparently Elune has a part in creating aspects because it requires the two moons to cross paths so I’m wondering if we might get an actual aspect of death via galakrond

My main issue with Galakrond and Chromatus remains that Blizzard sucks at making huge raid bosses feel fun. Really, very few games ever manage that. Maybe Shadow of the Collosus and Monster Hunter.

A massive amount of resources are also used for the leveling content each expansion, even though they have become "better" at reusing parts of it for endgame systems (dungeons, quests becoming wold quests, reoptainable treasures etc.).

Even then, there are massive parts, especially when it comes to story and discovery, that are burned through just to get to endgame. So a discussion is warranted if the current implementation is actually a good use of those afore mentioned resources, especially from a developer's point of view, which in turn is what we use to extrapolate what Blizzard might do in the future and estimate the veracity of "leaks".
yep, agree. especially CAUSE of what i said, Blizz should not even invest that much into it at all, in the first place. its a bad trade. lots of investment vs 10 hours of playtime. maybe what i said should not be directed to the playerbase or the post(s) i quoted, maybe it should be directed to Blizz, because they do a bad „time invest vs gain“ trade. lets say the design of leveling costs a full .1 or .2 patch. if no leveling exists and instead we get the content of a full .1 patch in endgame, it’s a worth tradeoff.

so yes, you are right. i just saw the uselessness of discussing 10hours more or less in a xpac. while i should saw the uselessness of investing much effort into 10 hours of a xpac. so, from that PoV now, i say ppl going like „remove leveling and do better endgame content“ are 100% correct imo. invest all that effort in a longterm „leveling inside endgame“ or ANY longliving endgame content, instead of burning it in the first 10 hours of a xpac, noone has much gain of, longterm, is a way better use of that investment.

    thx for adjusting my PoV.

And the Titans created the loop

Moruzond is definitely coming because Nozdormu is absent since Cata with Chromie taking up the role of representing the bronze

Nice 2k pages 9 days before the expansion

    2000 we go!

I do wonder if we could enlist the Pantheon's help. OR we could use the Eye of Aman'thul. Elisande with the Eye could probably take down Murozond.

Everyone assumes Galakrond would be a villain, but what if we bring him back but his corruption doesn't come back?
    He'd be his benevolent self.
