I stole what I wrote in another thread, but here it is.

Does anyone think M+ timer is stressful and unnecessary?

So I think that they should cap the rewards at key 15 or 20. Remove, or greatly extend the timer. Its not fun to feel rushed.

Any key above 19 is just for prestige. Keys above 20 also add the timer back in so you don't run into the lust issue.

1-19 increased rewards. No timer. Harder than now, but CC and old-school dungeon gameplay expected.
20-Challenge mode Mythic+ dungeon. Cosmetic Armor set for each class, each expansion. Limited time. New tint of set every season.
21+ Prestige only for leaderboards. No further rewards.

The issue is that the timer in M+ is essential to how it currently functions. Remove it and you need to change lots of stuff surrounding M+ dungeons entirely.

Most importantly though, the timer is part of the challenge, and an important part of it too. If you decide to remove it then you need to make the dungeon massively more difficult to compensate, which will just lead to pulls potentially being single mobs at a time, each one taking absurd amounts of time.

Sure noone particularly loves being rushed, but I bet many would similarly hate spending two hours in a single dungeon. Especially if you need to do several a week.



Maybe if you made it so that your key constantly grew, never resetting unless you specifically lowered it. Made all keys available in its own window so you could always choose your preferred one. And then changed the gear given so you could then not simply farm the same dungeon over and over for a specific reward.

No I did, I also explained why that won't happen in my post. Cosmetics are never a priority on their own. Even the customization revamp was a "you'll get whatever we can scrape together if we have time" situation. Class skins would be an enormous project for no gameplay.

No, you explained nothing whatsoever. You just bungled together a bunch of random claims and somehow arrived at Class Skins being equivalent to cosmetic armour and thus not being done.


By your logic, Allied Races should exist either. Or Green Fire. In fact, Green Fire is essentially the only Class Skin currently in the game.

Apparently there is quest text that has been updated a few times over several patches to do with finding Velonara after she goes missing. Taliesin has a video about it. (She also gives a quest chain at the hunter's lodge to get the dark ranger hood)

I would hope so, honestly. The cosmic stuff really needs to take a major backseat for at least the next two years. I would love it if the patch zones of 10.0 were all on Azeroth.

There's gotta be a Titan facility on the Dragon Isles for sure. I'm betting on Uldorus personally.

Undermine seems a bit out of left field for the dragon theme, but maybe they could make it work. It could be a fun Mechagon-style zone (except with goblins instead of diaper gnomes).

Also, give me Tel'Abim or give me death.

I suspect Uldorus to be akin to Antorus in a way, as in it's DEEP within Azeroth, hell that's probably where the Undermine is lol. Uldaz is probably at the Dragon Isles or summ. Could be flipped tho, to give the Titans and Sargeras a sort of Order and Disorder High and Low opposite thing to them, idk.

We already got Mecha-Dragons, and the Undermine could simply just house Titanic-esc secrets or whatever, maybe part of Galakrond's primordial power is within there, or maybe a Titanic Watcher is trapped in there? Something could be locked within there.

As for the Cosmic stuff, we had 3-4 Cosmic related plots already as main settings, it's about time we returned to the back seat for some more Titanic lore with the Dragons, expanding on the Elune stuff for the future, and maybe even giving us some more First Ones stuff as well, just not as major like in SL, cause we're back in Reality lol.

I'm honestly expecting Uldaz/Uldorus to have some maguffin to repower the dragons and/or reverse their sterilization.
The new core system / possible borrowed power will probably be tied to that too. "Hey collect this titan essence stuff to power the machines to fix us and/or contact the titans themselves in the seat of the pantheon so they can send a maguffin to fix us"

I mentioned it in a 8.3 thread when we got the Uldorus name, but I also agree it is the Azeroth equvalent to Antorus. The facility that stores the soul itself.

Eh, i'd ascribe that more with the difference in purpose. The facilities on Azeroth exist to protect her world soul form. Antorus existed as Sargeras' base of operations and to exploit Argus.

Why do I get the feeling whatever happens, it'll be used to empower or reanimate someone like either Galakrond or even Chromatus? I feel like Chromatus could definitely be an amazing villain, if each head shares a different personality or a different aspect of its said personality, and they try to claim the primal power of Galakrond or whatnot through an ancient Titanic Vault, like either Uldaz or Uldorus, and as a result, Chromatus obtains some of the forbidden remnants of Galakronds power and becomes the biggest, godlike Dragon yet, and we, the heroes of Azeroth, must unite and defeat this 5 Headed Dragon together!!!

That's what I want, a fun badass Dragon Villain that claims Aspect level power, and simply threatens to rule over Dragonkind, and the Heroes of Azeroth unite, maybe obtain the powers of the Aspects/Titans once more or whatnot, and defeat the Dragon together!

The word "World" has a different font than the usual

Completely different font means this is most likely fake. What happens is you can't always find the font you want, many have large price tags and you don't want to pay that just to make your fake leak. So you use something like Font Finder that comes up with the closest it can find, but it is rarely 100% the same, just close. That is the hallmark of an amateur attempt to copy, since if you were a big organization you would just pay for the correct font in the first place.

Yeah, as bad as I want "more" from the DR concept I'm beginning to accept the likeliness that they're going to be a customization option. Class skins would be wicked and would make me more likely to roll multiples of the same class to get that different flavor.

Not sure how credible they are but I sincerely hope the whole Dark Ranger / DH parallels don't mean its another elf-only class. Because /puke if thats the case.

It would more than likely be for Humans and Forsaken in addition to the much maligned elves. :P

Why would they ever get rid of WQs? I don’t think anyone hates them, they just want more things to do outside of combat instances.

Hence why housing is very likely. Their last 3-4 combat gamemodes have either been hated or had mixed results... so why not do a system with no combat?

WQ should be reworked imo. Too many times they're just copy/paste of leveling quests, this should not be like this

In my dream version of WoW, Kaldorei are their own faction including Night Elves, Furbolgs, Wildkin and Children of Cenarius. And maybe Dark Trolls.
