Its a UI for picking between several options, seems like it would make good use as a foundation for such.

You don't need to create something from scratch every time.

Chromie time does the same thing. Why would the covenant one be the default one to use?

Ok. So only a short proc, that literally triggers every time you enter combat. Not a big deal. Totally a High Elf. With Void Elf racials, Void Elf mount and Void Elf Heritage Armor. Did you rike it?

Helf is now a velf with less customization options, but different racials and voice lines. Not a race.

Chooseable voice lines would be cool, but not that.

For UI, which is what this discussion is about, no there is no discernible difference. At this point it would only be about a splash screen and clicking one of five things. There is no reason any other time the game offers a similar "choose amongst these buttons" options it wouldn't be that one to recycle for development or just creating the afore-shown bare bones version. Dismissing the image because 'they would just use the covenant one that already exists despite it being the wrong number of items' is specious.
