Not just that, it's actually a plot point that Quel'Thalas is "stuck", so to say, in a state of perpetual sun and warmth. It was a spell made by the elves of old who didn't want to go through winters. So Canonically, there is no land more associated with sun, warmth, spring, and autumn-coloured leaves, than Quel'Thalas.
Let’s say next class is dragonsworn let’s see if we can work it into 3 specs
Healing is red/green because both aspects were empowered by life and the red flight is the flight of the lifebinder
Tank is easily bronze because it can have a mechanic similar to stagger
Dps can be black/blue with a system like a stance where you play in melee or ranged depending on the stance
3 specs easily
Okay, but why do we need to do that if we have the three specs from the HotS dragons? It seems silly for Blizzard to create an entirely new dragon-based class when they already have one that players have experienced, played with, and enjoyed.
It'd be like creating a WoW Monk class that resembles Diablo instead of using the template of the Pandaren Brewmaster.
Quel'thalas is explicitely in a state of constant spring.
Either way, it doesn't matter that much anyway.
Reds and Eversong share the exact same aesthetic and themes. (The reds are just more saturated)
So the thing can fit into Quel'thalas just fine, but its more likely that its a new creature in a new Ruby zone.

Blizzard used HotS abilities and concepts for Sylvanas in Sanctum of Domination, and allowed Hunters to use those abilities and concepts.
So it would appear that Blizzard still cares about it.
That is a straw-man. No MMO class is going to play exactly like its MOBA or RTS counterpart, and no one made that argument. However the Demon Hunter class took a lot of concepts from HotS Illidan. Heck, Blizzard even gave Demon Hunters "The Hunt" as a covenant ability which was one of Illidan's abilities in HotS.

He keeps going back to it because DH shares abilities between the two games and he has used that as his basis for saying which classes will or won’t exist and what they will play like while ignoring other non canon sources because they don’t fit his ideas
It’s like how he used steam scale as a way to predict 10.0 claiming the final mount pattern even though it doesn’t fit the pattern
HotS was great! I loved playing it. I know a few guys who still play it. With a proper support it would be great again, like dunno, WoD and Legion.
As for abilities? I belive that Magnisworn Dwarves will just get female dwarves by being huge chunks of diamonds. Girls do love diamondsAny other ideas for racials?
So it’s almost like blizzard can take abilities from those dragons and put it into a dragonsworn class
Huh it’s funny how logic works
Dragonsworn are mortals with dragon power
Thus wouldn’t they have those precious abilities?? Because again one thing does not a pattern make

This is why I feel 10.0 will not come with any new systems. The biggest complaint I've been reading on the official forums is players just wanting to hit max level and jump into their preferred content. They don't want to grind for Flying, Soulbinds, Conduits, forced to do story quests, or do Torghast for legendaries. Below is how it’ll be done I think:
- Level cap raised to 70
- Flying purchasable with gold at 70
- World quests / Callings Removed instead we’ll go back to the TBC formula of a few daily quests in each zone to advance rep gains.
- Reps will be for cosmetics only and catch up gear
- PvP will return to templates to prevent crazy damage and one shots and even out the play field
- PvE gearing will be restricted to Dungeons / Raids only, no outdoor gearing path anymore, due to it being very un-popular. Lots of complaints about the Cyper system in ZM.
- Due to being free from World Content creation, we’ll get 16 new dungeons at launch with 3 raids. 12 boss raid and 2 1 boss raids.
- No anima/Azerite/Artifact power grinds at all, those will be removed and not carried forward for Dragonflight.
- Story quests will all be released at once, but have no player power associated with them; no requirements to complete them unless you want to do them.
- Some kind of crafting overall where mats will need to be gathered from raids/m+ to make some BiS gear.
