Normal instinct with random letters is anagram, but that's clearly not the case here. Ya Cake or Ace Yak are not good indicators of anything. Either the letters are offset with a cipher or they are used in a different format/context I'm not familiar with (it mentions code at the bottom, so maybe it's some programming thing).
That's, of course, assuming it really is a hint for something valid... still around 50/50 on you, Scaley.
Cosmic greetings, all, I'm the Raccoonatic Commander!

This Drek'thar Evoker stuff is so out of left field that he's either 100% trolling and laughing at everyone taking his nonsensical puzzles at face value and trying to "crack" them, or he got leaked info about a mobile game or Diablo IV and he thinks it's somehow related to 10.0.
It would be nice if the race(s) that are added in DF are a little more wacky than just a Dragon race. Cataclysm races were unexpected fanfavorites being added in that, on paper, didn't seem related to the expansion theme of elementals and dragons and destruction. So hopefully Cata 2 could do something similar.
This code leak weakens my faith in the leaks a tiny bit, but knowing this community if there is any truth to it it'll be cracked before the day is over.
Another puzzle:

So if "evokers" aren't revealed as warcraft's next class, any of these "leaks" are can be regarded as utter nonsense for future reference, correct?

It just looks like he scrambled the word "cakey" with a site like this one and then pasted the results on top of an image of Drek'thar.
Drek'thar + Cakey = ???
