Sooo.. This is a bit of a head canon thing..
It's something that gets overlooked, but Kalimdor is Titanic for "Land of Eternal Starlight."
Kaldorei is translated into Night Elf, but from what we know of Kal, they should technically be called "Star Elves".
With the Prison being called "Circle of Stars", the facility should be something akin to "Kaldir".
Which of course, is awfully close to Kvaldir. Who I bet we are going to see end up being retconned away from just Vykrul ghosts and they come from the same facility that the Eternal Palace was built on.
Backpack is different colors of a tinker backpack. Mount up and the backpack transforms you into a small hellicopter transformer style. @Teriz

XP Author : Wrathion
XP Subject : Dragonflight

The background image isn't new, either; it's been used since at least 2016.

It became clear that it wasn’t realistic to try to get the audience back to being more hardcore, as it had been in the past. -- Tom Chilton

So the Drek'thar layer was called: dracthyr
If we look for that string, we find this website: flightrising. com/index.php/dragon/8171365
Domain matches the filename.
They did say "code is not everything," so maybe the code is a red herring?
Drek'Thar is the commander in Alterac Valley. Maybe the race is neutral Alteraci humans? It would fit with a Lordaeron revamp.
