Can someone TLDR me on the puzzle progress since I've been gone?

Can someone TLDR me on the puzzle progress since I've been gone?

We didn't get anywhere until page 2168 so you can basically just read from there and you'll know everything we know.
The long and short of it is that the Drek'thar anagram code/riddle/whatever contained metadata in the image that led us to a dragon named Dracthyr in a browser game called Flight Rising.

2171 pages...wow! And here I was, back in January, predicting that we would be closer to 2000 pages by the time 10.0 was officially announced. Instead, we are OVER 2000!! Less than 4 days to go (in terms of physical hours and minutes). Really hoping for a HUGE event on Tuesday. Blizzard and employees alike really seem to be pumping up the reveal quite a bit online.

The file was also apparently created on 1st November 2022, but I believe they already said that's the planned release date.

This is a fairly elaborate thing.
now this doesn't help us since don't even know what a Dracthyr is
Dracthyr hatchday on the flightrising game is 2014
Hatchday
HatchdayNov 28, 2014
(7 years)
I guess it was all a joke

Btw correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the "Dracthyr" on that site just a custom name someone by the name of EmbridFreign gave to their own dragon pet?
And according to the site it was hatched (and therefore presumably also named) on Nov 28, 2014.

Ah, looks like you beat me to it.

I mean, someone mentioned earlier that he's seen these icons on a devs twitter. It's more than possible some dev liked the name from an old pet and decided to use it..
It seems odd one would go through all this trouble, point to an obscure website, and not take into account the hatching date. I mean, if you were gonna try and mess with people
I assume the idea is that the name is Dracthyr and seeing as there are a million OC dragons out there, one of them just happened to fit the name and Scalebound linked to it.
That would mean the Coautl stuff is BS though.
I'm thinking that Scales found something named Dracthyr because it is close to Drakthyr, to point us towards that name from a different direction. The intended race name we are supposed to get from this puzzle is Drakthyr. That is not saying it will actually be the next race on WoW, but I believe it is what Scales is saying it will be.
Cosmic greetings, all, I'm the Raccoonatic Commander!

Wait you all got baited by fucking Flight Rising of all things? That's kind of nostalgic because I do vaguely remember visiting that site ages ago.
