We have two more skeletons not used in allied races
Undead & human

You could argue kyrian and NecroLord because they both have stronger ties to Azeroth via the heroes we interact with

I’m just hoping we get a hero class in 10.0 because we have gone so deep in storytelling recently that adding them earlier is almost impossible because it isn’t as simple as adding a new class call out to bwl

I hope we get more tortollan hubs in 10.0 on dragon isles.

Also IMO covenants shouldn't be AR, I would much rather get Azeorthian (or othar worlds on the mortal plane as AR) but would much rather get a new race (or 2 if not neutral) with new skeleton than AR, alongside or just heritage stuff for remaining races

For Pandared there is potential to get Tortollan, since they use the same skeleton I think?

Mechagnomes had to be thrown in there to balance it out for the Alliance and Ankoan were probably less popular than Mechagnomes.

Less popular? I barely ever see a Mechagnome, nobody cares about them. Besides, they're pretty much just Gnomes anyway.

I personally think they only didn’t use akoan because they had already used the nelf skeleton for nightborne.

And it would mean the horde would’ve gotten gilgoblins instead of Vulpera to balance out the “nazjatar allied races”

But Mechagnomes could’ve been done so much better.
At minimum give them the two other tints that’re already in the files to their heritage armor to match customization.
But only hordies are allowed extra things for their heritage.

Honestly maybe they could remove mail, move Shaman up to Plate, Hunter to Leather and either Monk or DH to Cloth and we'd have four of each of the three armor types

Moving shaman to plate would crush my little shaman heart worse than mail right now does

Thrall was a warrior first and converted to being a shaman. He wore Doomhammer's plate set, and Doomhammer was definitely a warrior.

I doubt the skeleton is really a major factor.

Personally, i'd have preferred Sethrak, maybe because they're worried about the Vulpera going Horde.
