It was just a weird thing tbh. The guy even claimed to have insight as some others in these forums as well. Knowing what next expansion is.. and how much fun they had doing it. Without telling this spoiler forum directly whats up.

People are here exactly for that, so idk.

My favorite was the people saying “I’m the source for the guy from WoD and BfA leaks and I got it from a different source who got it from a different source so that guy getting legion almost entirely wrong just means he’s more legit”

New dragonflight :
- White
- Black revamped with wrathion
- Morally gray
- Dragonriders (dragons on dragons)

A white dragonflight is entirely possible, it just won't be called "white dragonflight". It'd be some other synonym, just like the yellow flight isn't called the "yellow" dragonflight, it's called the "bronze flight".

Alabaster, Pearlescent, Silver, Ashen, Shadeless, Pale, Bone, Lunar, etc.

True, but I feel like their general size/shape/models are sufficiently different enough to be a separate race, but generally close enough that the allied race concept works for them. Zandalari don't use the same troll models and KT doesn't use the same human models.

Whereas for example both LF and Mechagnome would work really well mechanically and lore wise as customization options.

Even Mag'har, dark iron, etc use the same models/rigs as their regular orc and dwarf counterparts.

I'd say despite technically being humans, Kul Tirans were actually the closest to a regular new race. They have a fully unique model and animations.

While we're at it, rename blue and black to Sapphire/Azure and Obsidian

Albino more suggests a pigmentation issue than a flight, though.

That thing was also ugly as sin with the sickly yellowish webbing and the turquoise feet/wing plates.

I'm all for that. Make the black aspect look like deathwing was described in the books, with mineral encrusted on this scales, looking like an actual earth aspect instead of of the wannabe mecha and slightly blackish dragons we usually get for the flight. Nozdormu was also described way cooler iirc.

There is also a Moon-Touched Netherwhelp in the game but it was a promotional pet that was "thought to be blessed by the waning lunar energies of Shadowmoon Valley."



The interesting part is that this pet was added in Shadowlands. And people like to think that promotional pets and mounts are clues of what's to come, so... who knows. This at least confirms that Blizzard also believes that a Lunar dragonflight should be white in color (with some blue bits, potentially).

Considering Blizzard literally copy pasted their Dragons from DnD like every other fantasy franchise today, DnD has White Dragons, so they can definitely keep the name.
