Weird to say they play POE or miss WOTLK considering the two could not possibly be more different in terms of their talent styles.
Lots of things just feel off. But still less off than "here, between 4 new classes and new skins, housing, and partial revamps, have enough new art for 5 new expansions." I buy it more than the other "leak."
I'd be super disappointed if Evoker turned out to just be a 2 spec class that's thematically similar to an Arcane Mage.
About the only thing they have in common is an interface where you spend points on things.
For what it's worth, i preferred the old talent trees over that monstrosity PoE has, and i don't like the old talent trees. IMO PoE really suffers from the classes having no real base strength.
That stuff is why I have a hard time believing him and the others
Mention the new UI after the dude that is the UI designer tells us that they have something exciting to share and the new talent system could be as simple as a new soulbind

I want to have faith in the devs but it’s very tough
If it's Arcane focused it's likely going to be heavily influenced by the Bronze flight to differentiate it from Mages. Chronomancy/Time magic will be a key theme if this is real. I think this would make sense if the main antagonist of this expac is the Infinite Dragonflight / Murozond.
Imagine if there isn't a new class
The new UI comment is interesting, I haven't -really- seen it mentioned elsewhere other than that wowexdev Twitter account he mentioned at some point (of which I'm not sure if it's someone just squatting that username after it was deleted many years ago or if it is just also ScaleFace).
I say it is interesting because a while back in 2018 two of the people on the WoW UI team transferred to another project inside Blizz that they described as "old but new". I'm curious if that actually ends up being a new default UI for WoW. Granted it would also be a backwards/addon compatability nightmare, but it's still interesting to think about.
I haven't seen Evoker mentioned outside of Scaleface and now Axaron. Also, neither poster created a leak thread or used burner accounts: just posts within other threads. Scaleface's posts are buried unless you know his name and where to look. Fake leakers post their leaks for attention, and these are not attention seeking behaviors. Doesn't mean it's real of course, just inline with previous leaks that turned out to be true.
