And whatever race he originally said we never met before.

If that still is even legit, its obviously not an orc nor in the past just given the architecture.

Eh, there could be something to the "peak of Grim Batol" line of thought. We haven't really seen that architecture explored.

And to those that go "well its not shaped like an orc" I refer back to my quick comparison a few pages back to Saurfang from that Saurfang and Thrall cinematic, fairly similar proportions, I'd say.

Has blizz even established what type of orcs the gray Dragonmaw are even supposed to be? Are they Mag'har? Or are they cursed with Mannoroth's blood like regular orcs?

From what is hinted/implied, it was because they spend too much time around dragons/dragon magic, that affect their bodies, like when they used dragon bits to make bandages and other materials.

Sure they could, but if they did that i doubt they'd choose clean elven-looking architecture with engravings on it.

Could be. And it could not be.

I just gave Grim Batol as its a place we know orcs had Alexstrasza in the past. Just because Grim Batol hasn't looked like that before doesn't mean it is impossible for it to look that way either.

Retcons happen.

After even more detalled analysis, here are my options for who the orc in the picture is (because he is definitively an orc):

- A statue.
- Dragonmaw Orc (so flashback).
- Lightbound Garrosh (so Yrel invades Azeroth).
- Shadowlands Garrosh (I still believe that they brought him back for a reason).

I do not see any other viable options. But it will be a bit lame that Alextrasza let herself be captured for a second time, both for Blizzard (c'mon, be more original) and for Alextrasza (c'mon, learn something, you idiot).
