The lighting is weird, but there are multiple colors to him. Whether he's an orc, an ogre, a Mok'Nathal or something else is anyone's guess, but I'm fairly certain it's a person.

Her horns have metal plating and the tips are covered too.



Her current model has rings and the tips are not covered.
So this is definitely in current times.

The cinematic could be Alex and help vs a team of Vrykul or Dragonmaw that have taken her brood.

That would be an interesting twist and line up with the idea that he may become a Dragonknight/Dragonsworn/Evoker etc because he's not actually undead but instead cursed with Dragonfire. Lines up with him "leaving" the Ebon Blade at the end of SL.

I'd argue they would just remove those details from her if this was a flashback to her enslavement.

And if it was her enslavement, i doubt they'd show the scene in happy dappy sunshine with bright cyan sky behind her.
