Vrukuls and orcs usually have larger shoulders, vrykuls have way alrger shoulders and are curved, this one is way upright

And beards, the figure have none

Grim Batol was made by dwarves. That doesn't look dwarvish at all.

Because the orcs simply couldn't add on to things. Or they are retconning.

And to those that go "well its not shaped like an orc" I refer back to my quick comparison a few pages back to Saurfang from that Saurfang and Thrall cinematic, fairly similar proportions, I'd say.
