The UI looks mediocre, as if designed by a fan and not a UI designer. The dragon isn't even WoW's art style.

Not if that's a transitionary combat form. For example, you're in humanoid form, and you only turn to that form when you do certain abilities.

The image to me look more like an ogre, especially the ones we see in reforged, orcs and Rexxar have wider shoulders than the hips/belly, this one ahve a larger belly/hips

He is also seems to be wearing loincloth, which is more ogre than orc

The structure where he is standing seems like Oribos to me

except when its fake, someone else had to read through scalefaces discription of the talent trees (he even said you can save talent profiles and its 1 for spec and 1 for class) and rolled with it.

Looks like shit imo, no offense if it's a fan fake. Really great for just one person to troll with. But if that's our dragon race from Blizzard.... not impressed.

This is my take as well now that I've had a few minutes to properly process this and realize I'm not just a Negative Nancy that thinks they look bad while everyone else loves them. No, it seems like others think they look goofy as well.

Extremely good for a fake made by just one person as you said, but kind of a letdown coming from a massive game studio like Blizzard. I would expect a much more badass-looking dragon humanoid. Not this weird Saurok model edit.
