The Dragon also looks oddly low-resolution. Look at the shine on its back, especially.

It looks like someone took a low rez dragon, and Ingame Dal and attached it to another cinematic.

Dal looks like its on a mountain, but Its foggy. Could have easily just placed it there and then added a ton of fog to cover up what the 144p couldn't cover.

Doesnt really make sense, the Alex poster was leaked shortly before the Dragonflight entry was found on a Blizz website, this new leak here is just the Logo in HD instead of 144p garbage

What's everyone hoping for the cinematic?

I want something that's a bit of a cross between the storytelling we got with WOTLK (They way they handled the voice over and contrasted it with what was actually shown) with a bit of the nostalgic 'show off the world' we had with vanilla's.

I'd be okay with something like Legion's or MoP's too.

Could also be that the map is wrapped around a 3D globe, distorting it from the 2D version. However I do expect some revamps either way.

Might be Xalatath’s body if the theory of her once being an old god that was defeated by the others

And they could’ve trapped her essence in the blade so she couldn’t “go where the old gods go when they die”

Even worse; People believed Evoker (pretty much Mage 2.0) was the next class.

Im so glad that's probably not the class. To be fair I don't think its very cool to be a dragon for every spec either, even if its a cooldown. Maybe 1 spec, but I think it would feel too samey?

Maybe if the cooldowns did something different?

Blue melee spec would be a blue dragon with blue frame breath?
Healer would be red with a healing breath etc?

Still how do you make the specs feel unique if they all turn into a dragon on CD?

Logo has a hint of irridescence to it; maybe they could "recolor" or "Shimmer" it for each dragonflight color for various media.
