The Sparklers are particularly annoying because they have no basis in lore at all. The Scarlet Crusade and the Dragons at least have some grounding, whereas the Vampires are completely random.

Sparklers mostly died off once Twilight stop being a thing. The rest are still there. I know Alexstrasza had many kids but there can only be so many daughters of Alexstrasza that ended up as mail box strippers in Goldshire looking for someone to take them off the box (because they don't even have a pole!)

I guess that was pre-alpha and this is the more detailed one. This seems more like what would go into a press kit. Like the much better draconic model. I still hope the base model is not humano only and we can decorate other races like this.

Fair enough. I suppose it could just have been an early model like people were telling me.

Human is understandable
Gnome doesn't make much sense given it was implied to be a rather rare choice for dragons to make
Blood Elf is understandable
Zandalari isn't

There are plenty of other races that Dragons have selected, like Night Elf, Pandaren, and Tauren.
Why is it only 4.

I checked, actually. The texture is just different enough. I'm still suspicious as ever, but the quantity appears to overwhelm any objections I might have. Either the modeler is more persistent and talented than I thought, or this is real. Occam's Razor dictates I was wrong and the model is real.

Gnome and Zandalari make zero sense.

It was stated multiple times that Chromie made an "odd" decision for choosing a gnome.

We've NEVER seen a dragon take a Zandalari Form.

The first leak was literally a character creation screen. lol If you believe the new ones, why wouldn't you believe the original one?

Never saw the first leak. It may seem so but I don't actually live in this thread.
