Isn't it just magical how it's a misspelling of both words? It's like the "leakers" couldn't decide on whether to call it Evoker or Invoker so they just went, "fuck it, Envoker it is then."

I looked at the leaked logo and noticed something interesting...


The font used for the word "World" isn't the same as the one from all of the precedent logos. So I checked the new "flat" logo which appeared with SL (you can see it on the warcraft youtube thumbnails) and it is this one. If it was a fake leak made by a fan, it should have the old font because it's easier to work with the existing logo. Plus, it would look "normal" and not "special".

Yeah, this was already noted from the old Alexstrasza art leak.

Tinker isn’t. There’s enough clues from BFA and Shadowlands and connected lore that keeps them in contention.

An Alexstraza-based dragon class has the higher chance though.

I'm totally fine with a neutral scalie race, but personally I was hoping for more humanoid dragonkin with visage day and stuff. As for the envoker/evoker or whatever and it's arcane theme, maybe this means more titan/titan keeper stuff?

Their choice with Monks and the unlocking of DKs make it clear that won't happen. DH are elf-specific because their lore is entirely built around being Night Elves and the group of Kael's forces who went into training under Illidan in Outland (Yes, yes, there's demon hunter 'like' other groups, and groups that could have learned).

It's unlikely some essentially brand new class would be given racial restrictions. They want lots of people to be able to play it.

I'm certainly hopeful, and I think Draenei and Orcs would've made wonderful Demon Hunters. I remember seeing fan art here years back and thought it a missed opportunity now; but I understand where they were coming from when they made it elves only.

Something that just struck me. Dragonflight seems to be a spiritual successor to MoP. New continent we don't know much about, new neutral race, new class tied to that race and continent. It would be fitting if the new class is Evoker. There are Scarlet Evokers in the Scarlet dungeons, just like there were Scarlet Monks in the Scarlet dungeons in classic. Mop revamped the Scarlet dungeons, so if DF is a spiritual successor to MoP, then it makes sense to have revamped scarlet dungeons again.

I'd hope it's for the class and it's like DH with additional customisations for the races able to play the class.
