Wouldn't surprise me. Thinking about it, if they were devs (unlikely IMO) it would be a pretty creative way to hide the actual work being done. Get people all behind a concept, hit a couple of things right to build credibility, then send people on a wild goose chase until just before the reveal.

Well it is confirmed he is posting bullshit stuff with that last pic so the original dragon screenshot is probably fake too from some private server.

I'm still concerned that it's legit but he's peppered other stuff that's fake because the attention dried up and he's out of new shit. The 3x talent screenshots have me worried it's real. We'll see I guess.

My expectations for “Dracthyr”
-neutral
-only visage forms are human and blood elf because unique customizations, BUT maybe night elf?
-unique Druid forms and Shaman totems
-no Paladins
-Dragon form can be customized with armor but only select appearances like Pocopoc

I see comparable (or better, tbh) model edits on Twitter all the time so I think it would be a bit premature to call it real yet. It looks okay-ish, but I'm not a fan of the weird textures on their shoulders and face... and there's some really bad clipping going on with the horns and the hair.

Amen to that, brother. Fwiw, I DO want Tinkers to be added, but this is probably not the setting/expansion for them. We'll get there.

Shame... I used to play Runes of Magic back in the day too, purely because it was one of the vey few MMO's that had Australian servers. So playing with like 20MS was awesome.

Yeah, the drac'thyr dragon race seems to be heading towards confirmed fake because someone who leaked their stance and armor then posted another screenshot which we found out was from a completely different game.
He posted this first:

That would be a fantastic troll & would work amazingly to hide future accidental leaks. I may miss the rest of the announcement if they come out with a different name than Dragonflight as I'll be laughing through the whole presentation.
