I see comparable (or better, tbh) model edits on Twitter all the time so I think it would be a bit premature to call it real yet. It looks okay-ish, but I'm not a fan of the weird textures on their shoulders and face... and there's some really bad clipping going on with the horns and the hair.

Shame... I used to play Runes of Magic back in the day too, purely because it was one of the vey few MMO's that had Australian servers. So playing with like 20MS was awesome.

Yeah, the drac'thyr dragon race seems to be heading towards confirmed fake because someone who leaked their stance and armor then posted another screenshot which we found out was from a completely different game.
He posted this first:

That would be a fantastic troll & would work amazingly to hide future accidental leaks. I may miss the rest of the announcement if they come out with a different name than Dragonflight as I'll be laughing through the whole presentation.

The face stuff is probably a customization option to show it’s not just a human/disguise. The body textures... they always suck.

Don't count on it. People theorize that every 2 years. There's a lack of understanding that Blizzard is too busy to care about doing something like that.
