Nope, remember that leaked cinematic shot from yesterday? It clearly shows the wall of Silvermoon with Alexstrasza and an orc on it, we know that in the Second War the Red Dragons never breached Ban'dinoriel (barrier surrounding the city), so it can't be a flashback. That means that Silvermoon will be major setting of the next expansion. The only person on this forum who guessed the name "Dragonflight" (confirmed) right also said Quel'Thalas would be revamped. It's all coming together, don't worry though you'll see soon.

Mechagnomes don't wear gloves and boots, this race wouldn't wear cloaks.
At least not its dragon form.

And helmets looking weird on it isn't a good argument when the game already has Worgen, Tauren, Gnomes, Forsaken and Pandaren who look terrible with a helm on.
