Tuskarr are back, no they aren't playable. Blizz is just rubbing it in.

Tuskarr, some half-giants and updated centaurs.. They could do turning into a centaur or something that could easily work like this dragon.

Tuskarr should be in the game playable long time ago.

That was my exact thought. Shadowlands was more exciting as an announcement than this. (and I was even more excited for BfA's announcement)

I've been burned before, and looking past the PR-speak and just looking at the content they're announcing...
