It's rare to find two humans who look entirely different in real life, or indeed if you use the randomizer feature in WoW. But without clothes and distinguishing features you wouldnt really be able to immedaitely spot two different ones if they just stood around in their underwear.
The color will be the biggest difference, and being able to transmog shoudlers and belts will help massively, but it's not really a full substitute for the real thing.

But that's how they used to handle spoilers, which felt natural to game development: Watch the raid get completed in real time & get treated to a raid cinematic that has huge story implications.
Now they're encrypting random questlines & making the raid cinematic finale be information we should have had months earlier.
Its like night & day.
People don't debate story stuff because there currently isnt anything to debate, that would be true even if the Sepulcher was fully datamined.
Besides, people didnt discuss story beats less in SL compared to BfA because less was datamined. People discussed it less because there was less story, and the story generally wasnt that engaging.

Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.
What works for dragons and their body build won't necessarily work for humanoid dragonshits. Those ugly spider lizards should get bulkier all around model alternative. Their shoulders and everything else makes them look like weak wimpy fartstains.
Maybe some, but getting it to the point where Dracthyr feel as unique as another race with full transmog seems more than unlikely to happen...I don't see how you do it. There might be some differences & the models will probably feel more unique than just two of the same race in their underwear, but I just don't see a way that a race like this is going to look as unique as our characters do right now merely through customizations. We have somewhat of a case for this we've already seen with the missing transmog options for Mechagnomes where most of them look pretty much the same if they aren't in robes.
We're like 3 "guards" in from "the old guard." The amount of copium needed to imply SoTFO is some sort of start of a new golden age of WoW raiding or even WoW fandom. Or story. This approach only affects the story & the story of SoTFO is extremely stupid. SoTFO will not be a memorable raid tier. It's Mogushun level.
