We can see every holidays' mount in the journal iirc, not this one ?

All the past holiday mounts are years old. No reason to hide them anymore. New mount stays encrypted untill event begins.

I am going to guess the Hearthstone. Seems about right for a Dragonflight themed Hearthstone to use a graphic used by Dracthyr.

Isn't the only thing possibly pointing to it being a christmas mount is the model being the sleigh?

Its a test mount, it could be a placeholder. The only reasons people thought it was for Christmas was the sleigh and that fake leak claiming a reindeer mount.

Well, there's no need to keep it hidden and it's already done, might as well include it. All Dracthyr data will have to be in the base client anyway. Doesn't mean it will get used before 10.0.

As cool as it would be, I would be surprised if we got Dracthyr in 9.2.5 just because they haven’t been tested yet by the public.
