We already know about a mount, pet, and back cosmetics as pre-order bonuses. So it's not really possible anyway.

Its the same what I said about the maw heartstone toy, they just feel lame. You create some portal next to you, but you dont actually use it. It would have been way cooler if the animation effects your character. Dissapear in mist or vanish in the portal. The kyrian one does a better job at doing something new there.

Idk a rainbow heartstone effect doesnt sound cool to me, you have to convince me lol. Right now I am imagining some rainbow fireworks sprouting from your feet with some time/arcane yada effect and cant help, but laughing at the idea. Or even better some jump and twirl effect with all dragonflight colors and when you leave blow a kiss emote and then * poof *

I mean, the Shadowlands Hearthstone is still the coolest one and actually looks like you are teleporting, so I am sure the next Collectors Edition one will do the same. It seems they save the "actually teleports" effects for the paid ones.

But it doesnt realy look like that at all..
There is some maw looking portal appearin yes, but you are just casting like any hs and the portal does nothing.It doesnt feel like you are using it. It would have been better if it was forming around you and it effects you. Look at the kyrian one for example. It does a better job imo.

Obviously, the one from the DF Collectors Edition will be similar in quality.

Right, that wasn't obvious for me as I said the Maw one multiple times, anyway the one you link is pretty similar to the kyrian one, which is my point. Those are not bad as they tried something new, literally dissolving is pretty cool imo.

So we can't have a rainbow of the flight colors all together because of your aversion but we can have lots of glitter? You even said all you see is things like a poof and blowing a kiss when using all the flight colors together. You just keep trying to push your agenda on to using a swirl of the all the flight colors and then don't even see how other suggestions can be linked just as much as multiple colors lol.

I mean unless that Q1 release comes with a Legion Post-launch schedule. I just don't feel optimistic about a Q1 date. It is expected to happen due to the change of owners though and getting out all the products before that is seemingly something they want to accomplish

I absolutely do hope that this won't be a rush to the finish line and even more severe attrition rate of post-shipping in which the product cannot have a good product cycle.

If we can't get out of that bad cycle, I mean that would be truly unfortunate. Mayhaps Microsoft could turn that around with better employee confidence and treatment. But at the same time, it could go the opposite direction and being too cozy with the employees seemingly could lead to further push for unionization.

Either way, again I don't think Q4 2022/Q1 2023 are good for the product unless there's confidence from the development team that they can put the game back on at least a major patch per 6 months schedule that has 3 major patches 3 minor patches.

I honestly am worried about the concept that they can even hit these targets with all the issues they have. I do not want to see another dry spell post-launch where they lock themselves in a bunker again.

If everything they said last few weeks is truth, no way it launch in Q2. They said that season 4 will have "shorter runtime" and "launch later this summer". Even assuming Season 3 lasting 6 months and Season 4 - 5 months, we would end up in February pre-patch.

If anything it gives argument pro releasing DF in 2022, I remind that they would have to fit both seasons between 1st March and 1st November to do that. Strong counter arguments are WoTLK (but it could release in October!) and lack of Alpha (but it could release in June + DF don't have 10 crazy systems requiring 20 iterations). So arguments in either direction are not so strong as they may appear.
