Are you the dev who fucked up alt game for years in order to push their "borrowed power" crap? If so I'm glad that NewBlizzard! has changed and finally realized that alt play is the game. Or in your words. Nope, fuck main character "progression". Playing alts, or no game.

That is not what their big change was, it was just be nice to alts not fuck over main character players.

Probably negative sadly, Hunter talents got me really excited to play my hunter in DF but all the negativity on the forums is just sad.

Tomorrow they do the summit and we get talents or blog

I wonder what the first tier sets will look like, and for that matter whether we will get the gear pieces with talent tree points added to them. Cannot remember if it was ever actually confirmed, or whether it was just an idea that was floated during an interview, but will be interesting regardless.

I honestly think that Baine's story is "locked" to him eventually fighting Magatha and avenging Cairne. However, they don't know how to include her in these expansions, or they are waiting for a Kalimdor expansion/revamp, which takes forever to get to.

Very likely Baine does not appear for this reason unless they want him to meet Ebonhorn again.

How about there being substantial all around gameplay that can satisfy single character players AND have the game be alt friendly?

It's honestly pretty crazy that they hid the Dracthyr updates until this summit. Maybe the updates are very substantial?

Sadly so but they'll always be extremely vocal aswell, I can't wait to see what DF has to offer.

I feel really fucking bad for MrGM. He's getting very popular, not as corporate as T&E and a little more communicative/dataminer than Towellie, and he's rewarded by getting sick and missing his first big streamer event.

some would say it's karma for how he acted a few years back but that's none of my business

If they introduce a couple more race options for the visage form along with some bulkier customisations, I think everyone will get a BIG hit of excitment for them as a race/class and for the expansion overall.

To put into motion such a strong area of feedback in the time they had since the announcement would make a lot of people happy imo.
