Slightly lower movement utility makes it required? That passive isn't even the good one, the one to make all movement cooldowns ignore cooldown for the next ten seconds is way better.

That world map doesn't seem to mesh with the cinematic and the beacon. I assume it is the giant tower on the waking shore zone map but from the cinematic it seems it would fit better in the Azure Span. Oh well. Evokers also seem really OP.

Why? It's 15% on movement abilities. Even the most movement heavy boss fights like Halondrus doesn't require that much movement, and even if it did you have stuff like Stampeding Roar.

There is no female belf model.

The male model is based on the male belf, the female model on the female human.
