Because for Ysera it's her daughter that takes over.
More importantly, it doesn't mean that Chromie even wants to be leader.

Or that Nozdormu even dies or steps down.

Bronze area is locked off in a bubble, maybe?

Also a couple really cool maps: "Pandaren Revolution" (Vale), "Gnoll War" (Stormwind), "Black Empire" (Nyalotha) and "War of the Shifting Sands" (Silithus). Also whatever the "Nokhud Offensive" is.

Looks like we will be doing some time travel to big lore events.

It has mostly been a background character. The most notable thing was being the dragon that helped power the time magic to bring the Mag'har and other Alt-Dreanor races to Azeroth. Chromie has always been an important npc so a model update wouldn't be unusual.

Looks like it might be a pocket dimension or time bubble. Makes sense.

ALSO WHERE ARE YOU GETTING THE MAP

Interviews. One of the the topics is about DF being released too soon.

Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.

Dragonflight has been in development since before Shadowlands shipped, and has had the full development cycle that any WoW expansion had in the past. A difference this time around is we have consciously decided to have a more-focused public test period. Whereas in the past I think we’d start our Alpha with the game in less of a state of readiness, and then slowly trickly content online over the course of multiple months. I forget the exact date, but for Shadowlands it was like mid-April when Alpha started and it wasn’t until sometime in the middle of June where even the last leveling zone was available. BFA was again a three month gap between Alpha launching and Stormsong being available for testing.
So yeah, all the zones are finished and will be tested over six weeks, different zones each week.

Also confirmation that Mists was a huge inspiration for the expansion.

Was looking at wowhead database and found Elune's Fury and Wrath, anyone mentioned them so far or are there any images around?

    Very interesting.

    Could this be "LivingWorld" related?

Morgan day calling new talents the new legiond artifacts tells you enough. Comparing a system where you get ALL bonuses with a system where u get barely 60-70% of the talents...

Cry more. This system is objectively better in every way from the previous talent system.

I hate that "profession tables" are required. It is cool "lore" and all but it always sucks to be limited to creating things at a set location. The mobile tables shouldn't be limited to alchemists and should just be something you earn.

This is like the fifth post in the last 5 minutes where you bitch about the talent trees.

I am biased but I like it, because I have never bought a transmog yak for the sole purpose that I enjoy going to towns or other players to use the service. I assume that is the general idea (you have to go to town to do X)

Blizzard has stated in earlier interviews that the new talent system is their way of having "Borrowed power" carry over to future expansions. So comparing it Legion Artifacts fits with their design intent. As it is a way to include those unique things with out having to abandon them.

Yes, it makes this system more interractive, because while the artifact system let you have everything it also meant that by a certain point it was just a statistical with neat icons on it.
The new talent tree actually has options that you will want to swap often, which means more variety.
The world revamp dream will never die!
