Blizzard probably gave them the decryption key to the private builds we've been seeing over the past few weeks.

There's a shield called "Elune's Wrath" (doesn't have an icon or 3D Model) amd a Sword called "Elune's Fury" (same deal).

It's a sword according to the link. So maybe the glaive Tyrande uses, just a sword instead of warglaive so it doesn't have the same dumb restrictions warglaives do.
