I mean, to be honest, Legion is kind of a rocky example as well to give in regards to "good" content patches.

It had a good start and a good end in terms of content, but man, 7.1.5 - 7.3 was a shit period for the game.

7.2 was an absolute shitshow of a patch. Awful, terrible zone, literally nothing to do. Weekly timegated quests that were "Kill 100 demons" with no story relation whatsoever. It had the mount quests, they were nice, but other than that, it was terrible.

The thing is, 7.2 had mage tower, and the different class quests encouraged you to take your time to level up and gear your alts. The patches were also frequent so it didn't feel like you were stuck doing broken shore for a long time like Korthia felt.

Mage Tower. The zone itself was - due to gating - problematic, I agree. But the overall patch (7.2 and 7.2.5 combined) and its content was pretty good.

Its really weird so many ppl are apposed to demi humans when everyone is literally a human. I personally find Magic Human more interesting that being a cow man.

Id love infinite customization but there isnt infinite time and workers and work hours.


Its either not going to happen or will happen later. Regardless endless whining about what customization u dont have on a fansite is just annoying. Like its fine but we are up to 5 million posts complaining about no furry dragons. Time to stop

I agree. There comes a point where you just accept that the new class just isn't for you, and move on with your life.

Like the people complaining about the Dracthyr not being able to stay in Visage form, ignore the dragon abilities, and look like a typical elf. Why aren't those people simply rolling Mages, Warlocks, Druids, or Priests instead?

Take a moment to think about the tragedy that is Murozond though.

Nozdormu sees his own death which is at the hands of adventurers as an infinite corrupted evil version of himself that perverts his work.

Tries to evade this fate which turns him into Murozond. Wooops.

A pretty common trope in time travel media.

Are we sure that is what he is trying to prevent? It could be anything. He could be trying to prevent End Times or the death of Soridormi or the birth of Void Azeroth. Heck the birth of Azeroth as a normal but very evil Titan.

IIRC his dungeon journal blurb in the End Times states that he knew when and how he would die because of his gift from Aman'Thul and was manipulated by Old God whispers to try and avoid/prevent that death.

Going from that he either A: Saw some unknown death, tried/will try to avoid that death and in turn becomes Murozond or B: Saw his death as Murozond in End Time and tried to/will try to prevent that, which made/makes him into Murozond. I'm wondering how they're gonna introduce Old Gods manipulations on him now that they're all "dead"..

Why? It makes more sense to reward loyal players with a beta than people who can't be bothered to sub during a content draught.

I mean his existence makes not much sense. Why can Nozdormu and Murozond "exist" at the same time? I find this whole time-traveling stuff to be highly problematic because it never makes sense.

There's a myriad of reasons why one might be unsubbed right now.

Everything from not being happy with the current state of the game, to various financial reasons, to simply not wanting to pay for yet another service if they are already paying for something else.

Beta sign ups are manual, you need to log in and click the beta button on the official site, most if not all people that go through that have an active interest in the development of the expansion.
Those should not be barred from being eligible just because they don't have a sub running currently.
