I imagine not, really. I doubt Blizzard would make something that exclusive only to likely have to change it back eventually. Killing the final boss of a Mythic raid isnt trivial during the same expansion, no matter how overpowered you get, or how blatant the cheese strats become.
The other two being limited FoS seems to be more for a lack of an achievement of similar difficulty.
The world revamp dream will never die!

I doubt it.
There's nothing PvP/M+ has the difficulty of a Mythic raid kill that is still doable after the season is over. That's probably why it's something time-restricted for those two, while it's a permanent thing for Raids.

Just got my Collectors Edition and one of the first pages is concept art of Galakrond with black decay-like goop coming out of his mouth, so take that as you will

Based on the Gnoll boss porting out, we will eventually swap from fighting the Elements to fighting Decay. As Dragons are Spirit based, originally being elements themselves, it makes sense for the final boss to be the opposite of Spirit.

If I'll get the time later I will try and get it all scanned.
There is nothing too interesting in there. Wrathion is listed with the Aspects, Ysera is listed with the Aspects, Malygos' human form is shown, Neltharions human form (and the uncorrupted DS Warrior set people were talking about yesterday) is shown.
It is mentioned that the Titans are busy keeping Sargeras' in check and Tyr is not there so the dragons have to find a way to bless themselves somehow.
I'm sure theoretically they do but.... its not like we're gonna go to the Keepers and watch them rempower the aspects again. Not necessarily because they need anything in particular. No, if they are to get empowered, something is going to cause a distraction delaying said empowerment. You know, thinking about this, it's quite weird that they don't just consult the other keepers about it.
Surely they would have *some* idea on how to repower them.

Galakrond being some sort of decay or undeath infused dragon due to Yogg-Saron reminds me a bit of G'huun. G'huun was accidentally created by the Titanforged/Titans experimenting on Old Gods in order to find a way to "deal with them" or "find what makes them tick". G'huun ended up being an avatar of pure rot, decay, and pestilence - 3 things that you'd immediately think belong more in the realm of Death.
I wonder if there is a little bit of each Cosmology in the others? Death has Life in Ardenweald, Arcane is chaotic in nature if in excess despite it being opposite of Fel/Chaos, Naaru swap between Light and Shadow, while certain void entities - such as Void Walkers - have been shown to change to elements they have been exposed to (that one void revenant boss in Hellfire Citadel is both Void and Fel, and the Ashbringer's core - initially being a Void crystal (Shadow technically), was infused with, and turned to, Light). It could be that - as the 6 forces spread like fungus across the First Ones framework - the forces weren't entirely segregated and instead intermingled/incorporated each other?
