I don't know how long, but there is no doubt it will attract massive amount of attention from the wowsphere. It would be better to get something out quick, even if it's just a PTR release/announcement, WoW has had nothing but bad publicity for almost all of 2021.

I mean sure it will interest recent and former WoW players, but I hardly think it’ll attract anyone who’s equally into WoW and FFXIV. It’s not 9.2 release, it’s 9.2 PTR release vs a fully fledged expansion. There’s no competition here unless you’re someone who’s 95% into WoW and 5% into FFXIV.

Your opinion is that it's okay to kill someone as long as there is an afterlife, because you desperately need to have Sylvanas be right in the end, based on your previous posts. There is no indication that getting killed in this universe has no penalties, and they can just fly back down and return to their loved ones. Even if you end up being right and Covenant Races are made playable, there is no reason to believe that the wanton slaughter of innocents is totally cool and Sylvanas did nothing wrong because they just turn into a race you perceive as cooler.

Exactly, if you can go to the shadowlands, become a new race & just walk back out to Azeroth, then Sylvanas was 100% right this whole time: Death is meaningless, kill whomever you want & don't feel bad about it.

I'd rather be a shadowlands race than an azeroth race: Look how many people are asking to play as them

How about not hyping yourself up? To expect an info drop on a specific day based on nothing but copium wasn’t a good idea from the beginning. It’s coming, but don’t stick to specific dates or days.

Timing of the PTR likely has nothing to do with Endwalker but that they need 9.2 to be released for Q1 of 2022.

I don't believe they have anything else slated for release so it would be a very bleak earnings call for them.

I think the only accurate guess will be that it's coming sometime this month. I can see them avoiding overlap with SoM but I can also see them announcing it and dropping a video about it tomorrow.

Way I see it right now if SoM was factored in it probably is going to look something like this.

Reveal early next week.
Endwalker drops next weekend.
Take the week of Thanksgiving off.
PTR goes up that week of transitioning from November into December.
Endwalker drops that weekend.
