...You're onto something, considering they are the clockmakers of the Cosmos, the ones who set everything in motion, made the framework of all things, built everything around the Cosmos, balanced and gave form to the Cosmic Forces (Hell, they may even be the progenitors/rulers of the Primals, which can explain their massive control over the powers), etc.

But idk about time shit, so maybe that's not the case? But keep doing what you're doing, you're getting somewhere.

There’s no way Galakrond is happening

Depends on whether we go back to Northrend or not.
Galakrond happening outside that is a massive stretch, but if he actually goes back to Northrend, then why not ressurrect the giant dragon with necromantic abilities? Not like there is ever going to be a better chance for payoff than that.

Why would a necropolis be used? Especially the Necrolord ones? Those are extremely small and boring.
