I mean, if Blizzard announces a soft reboot with a World Revamp everyone should be thankful, even if it means 12+ months of 9.2, otherwise, WoW's future is doomed to smaller expansions every couple of years, and a slow community death, followed by an increase on controversial monetization tactics.

No, there were somethings that were hushed up and kept quiet even from them. That's why they got so pissed off about some of the things going on recently.

Ye. Bobby for example didn't reveal State of California investigation against Blizz to them. That's what made them angry. Not the fact that there was abuse going on, but that they could loose money due to it.

Good lord ActiBlizz are so absolutely terrible at this.

They really think releasing paid cosmetic that looks better than anything you can earn by playing, and definitely looks better than any of the trahsfire of tier sets they are releasing next patch, in a week when news are on fire about Bobby's shittery during the lowest point of any expansion is somehow good idea?

They read the room, and then yeeeted themselves as far away from the room as possible to keep being the absolute piece or shit company they are.

I do think it is a bit unfair since the Tier Sets are obviously the Normal Set (I'd assume?) and the Mythic effects and design (colors?) have not been shown yet.

Obviously I think what the fuck is going on with the modellers and artists over at Blizzard is a big questionmark for me considering this was not what I expected of the return of Tier Sets at all. It just looks bad for the seemingly weird sake of making sure that people would say they were bad so they could justify removing them again. But, that's the conspiracy nut in me talking.

Their department has been putting out the least amount of work and again we are going to leave Shadowlands without FULL MAWSWORN SETS and all we got was MAWSWORN SHOULDERS with the only class that could be technically said to have a Mawsworn themed set being the Mail/Plate Set from SoD which is already based on the Legendary Sets that were not transmog collectable and which tint is on the Mythic set with the Effects while the 3 other tints with the same Effects is unavailable for all classes and not implemented for anything even hard challenges or anything.

Also the whole drama around the woman who left Blizzard who made the player wearable glasses for 9.1 which she made in her freetime for the players while not being paid for said work when the playerbase just wanted the NPC Only glasses that we still do not have access to even though all feedback about Glasses were tied to them.

Casual reminder general player base doesn't care about the drama and may not even know about it. They do like nice visuals they can buy, though.

I'm all in for constructive critique, but if someone thinks WoW was only good 2005-2010 and still stick around in 2021.. Jeeeeesus.

Not to mention that Classic show exactly why old style wouldn't work now and dismantle old myths (how raiding in Classic or heroic dungeons in TBC were harder that current ones).

I'm a fanboy but even I can't defend them right now. Content quality and quantity have been lacking for over 3 years. 4 years really. Not to mention the harassment stuff going on. I'm still hopeful but cautiously.

The only problem right now is the harassment(I say that as in whats riling people up on twitter in the recent lawsuit stuff), thats mostly the stuff going on. The quality stuff(Lol..... really not much has changed, people like to moan).

I mean if you're arguing for less content patches, No, enough of that. I'm tolerating it because 10.0 might be something special but in general no.

We've gotten spoiled IMO but back then they did sometimes want to do yearly expansions(NO STOP IT).

PTR is likely not going to be playable until after Thanksgiving, apparently.

We want you to know that it’s looking like we may not be able to open the PTR publicly before the end of the week marks the beginning of the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday.

Btw, I checked twitch right now, Asmon stream pop and first sentence I heard "I know WoW players like eating shit and today they'll got full course meal". How fucking sad these people become.
