You don't say? Maybe I'm not trying to help and I'm just venting my frustration? I'm allowed to state my discontent and critique of WoW on a public forum. Or is it only okay when people sing Shadowlands praises? Not everyone can tolerate the quality of writing you seem to hold in such high regard.

You should know by now that this thread sees any criticism made towards WoW and Daddy Blizzard as a personal insult.

Only when it's criticism towards the current expansion though. These people have no problem shitting on WoD or Legion or BfA to bring up Shadowlands, even though back in the day they were shilling for these expansions. And ironically they will turn on Shadowlands if and when 10.0 proves to be equally bad. The cycle continues.

If 10.0 writing proves to be a disaster, I guarantee you people here will be saying stuff like "oh but don't you remember how Shadowlands completely broke the lore? remove your rose-tinted glasses immediately!!"

I found some pictures online, yet I do think some talented modeler would had made them, the crown looks very cheap as well. Too cheap looking for an significant new artifact.

Also there would be too many plot holes for blizz to fx if hey want to delete the helm of domination, including majority of the forsaken and death knights that too would be tied to domination magics to an extent.

If something hasn't been datamined yet it's either encrypted or not in the game files.

Cinematics are always encrypted.

I think the idea itself was flawed but not bad. The ebon blade and argent crusade should have just kept killing undeads, that way it would have made alot of sense that someone needs to spend a few years to keep the undead in check. The "always" part would have made more sense for enemies like demons that actually respawn, but undead are killable for the most part. At the end of the day it was just another rule of cool thing.

Which is odd, considering the last super inflated stakes was N'zoth rising up(Which is like facing a horror esque monster which won't be the last time we fight a horror) and the Legion was a massive evil that we fought off. Warcraft is full of massive stakes or "inflated stakes" Its been doing that since WCI

Yeah, the undead are mostly unkillable, but cultists are a lot harder to kill when hey spread their ideology onward, leading to more resurrections of the Scourge and ETC.

I do think having a lich king still around would give us a powerful ally against any possible cosmic incursions like the light or void.

And further more about the script related to the "reforging the helm" ICG, I´ve seen two screens of it leaked, one with just the name and code of the cinematic, and another with all of the intricate details. I believe someone just added those details into another screenie with the shards being reforged into the arbiter´s helm to mess around a bit, maybe in reality we get both of the OG helm and the new helm at the same time.
