What's the original source for the Empire of Dragons logo? It looks too damn good to be fake. We had this exact same discussion about the Shadowlands logo which leaked some days before the official announcement. They both match the same high quality.

It apparently leaked from some discord server.

Why has no one mentioned this yet? Dragons don't have an Empire and have never been referred to as an "Empire". Dragons have flights, not empires. That name doesn't make sense.
The illustrious Alliance of Stormwind is driven by tradition, nobility, and faith. They are staunch defenders of justice and duty who protect the realm of Azeroth against any aggressors, including the savage Horde. In a time when chaos and uncertainty reign, the Alliance remains steadfast in its determination to illuminate the darkest corners of the world and preserve order in Azeroth.

And wasnt it that with the 8.3 storyline we see that dragons can resist corruption or at least be uncorrupted (Wrathion and Uncorrupted Voidwing)

Don't feed him, would you kindly. Responses will just get you trapped in an endless cycle of arguing about whether or not the Enigmatic, Glorious, Ineffable (etc) Ren'Dorei are the master race and why torture is O.K.

Perhaps it would be better not to respond to these kinds of posts until we see an actual variety of posting that doesn't somehow tie back to one character in some way or another.

Again, every WoW logo has that curve on its edge and a point. A streamlined logo would lend itself to looking like a bow by default.

And theme is obviously relevant. Titan matches the theme and the look perfectly. Various elven archers do not.

Of course they don't. But neither was the Lich King particularly angry during WotLK.

Presumably the empire part could either refer to the Black Empire, dragons as a whole being an "empire" given Thue have a queen and such, or an undiscovered empire on the Dragon Isles that is either already there, or which will be formed as we go.

    They are the insignificant outlier.

We have an entire flight of dragons that was corrupted by the Void, their Dragon aspect included.

The Lich King was angry at the living and wanted all of them to die.

I am looking at it more along the lens of it not having an empire THAT WE KNOW OF. One could be formed with the start of the expansion to counter the 'Evil' dragonflights.

What if we get an expansion where we go IN Azeroth? Like an inner earth or sorts?

Wrathion still doesn't come us inside N'zoth because he knows he would be instantly dominated in there.

Goddamn Hollow Azeroth with the World Soul flowing in the middle.

I bet rest of Schnottz' minions escaped there after Cataclysm.

It makes sense if we're talking about a merging of the black empire and one (or more) of the dragonflights, or a new dragonflight we haven't encountered. Voidwings would be a good candidate, since they're heavily corrupted versions of Twilight Dragons.

I think concepts like this where among favourites for a long time until blizzard shut them down saying they won't do a whole expansion underground. Exploring the nerubian empire was very popular for leaks for a while.
I can definetly see it happening when they find a creative solution for the missing sky.

a scar on the logo like during a cataclysm, a rift in azeroth, again?

That name makes as much sense as Shadowlands, Warlords of Draenor or Mists of Pandaria made sense.

By the way, going "inside" Azeroth which supposedly is a (female) sleeping Titan will not be a thing due to various reasons.
