My WeakAura2 wont open

Hello. I have a problem with WeakAuras2. Even tho i reinstalled it, and did everything i can, the addon doesnt want to open, even on the minimap it wont show the icon, or when i use /wa. I reserched a little and found out that i need to find a bug with 2 addons (bugtrackers). They gave me this.
