Passing 2k checks (on top of the previous $600) is such an easy layup. Doing anything less would rank as one of the more stupid, easily avoidable political mistakes outside of the Trump years. The arguments for why 1400 + 600 being what was promised aren't wrong. But we all know that's not what millions of voters heard. Dems need to take this easy win. Make up the difference somewhere else if that's what it takes to get the conservative dems on board.

Other than that, things are moving forward on many issues in a very positive way. I'm feeling more optimistic about this year. Assuming nothing else fucked up happens.
