If the business relies on paying slave labor wages that forces their employees onto welfare to survive, yes. THOSE small businesses should be forced out as they serve no purpose for the economy as a whole except to drag it down along with its workers relying on corporate welfare disguised as private welfare to keep functioning.

If the business actually pays its workers a wage for them to survive on without requiring welfare and the benefits and are a net positive for the economy and the workers as a whole, I want to keep these places open. And these are the places that would not be forced out of work with a living minimum wage.
