Someone claimed you don't have to be vocally loud to have a presence. Has Joe Biden ever demonstrated any ruthlessness or cruel streak under his soft voice? Like Obama could be very threatening and intimidating under his jovial attitude, taking little shit from those calling him out on human rights abuses. I respected him for that.

JFC. Have you ever considered that maybe politics is not for you? I recommend taking up knitting.

If you have such a hardon for that, North Korea and Russia would be more than happy to have you.

What do you mean, I thought Obama is unanimously loved with the left and he's seemingly on good terms with Biden.

So,. you're mad that Biden isn't more like Putin?

Do you want him to murder some journalists to earn cred?

No. I want a leader that is devoted to his nation above all else and very ruthless or unforgiving to foreign enemies. Like when Obama was criticized for his drone strikes and unethical militaristic moves, he brushed it off with it being for America's interests and importantly expressed no doubts to his patriotism. That's what I want, and I don't care what your internal political allegiances of left to right are.

You literally whined that Biden wasn't cruel enough for you.

Nobody really cares if Trump supporters doubt Biden's patriotism. You guys are the same ones who supported anti-American fascists who sought to overthrow the government, and usurp the United States Constitution.

well, yeah, there's been a shitton of evil dictators and national criminals and terrorists in places of power since Biden came to power. Whenever I read about what he's doing or planning to do, it's always in a diplomatic or cautious way. There's next to none I know of in the way of threats. And he knows these people are villains very well, too.

If the last several years has taught us anything, it's that Trump supporters and the GOP don't have a clue what patriotism is. Fascism and white supremacy are not the same as patriotism.

If you want Putin so bad, then perhaps you should think about a change of scenery.

The silliest damned thing about your position here is those foreign dictators you condemn are exactly what you're wishing Biden would be.

Your issue with them isn't their conduct, it's literally just that they're foreign.

they're foreign powers so that's all I meant?

Also, Putin for example only values himself while using his country to swindle money into his pockets to fuel his hedonistic lifestyle. That's no patriot or leader, that's a villain.

Russia especially seems to be in right now among the Republicans. It's like watching "Leave Britney alone, I'm serious!", but with Russia.

    Poor Kim appears kinda forgotten.

To be fair you couldn't pass a week without Trump performing verbal felatio on Putin, it's insane to me that after Helsinky the right is still following Trump. It's clear Putin has him in his back pocket or that he is deathly afraid of him.

So Democrats in the House passed legislation curbing presidential powers. Unsurprisingly, they framed it as a response to Trump's abuses and excesses. This legislation passed the House with go-ahead from the Biden administration, whom would be the first ones impacted by it. Rare that presidents voluntarily support limiting their own power.

Republicans, whom one would imagine would be thrilled to see Biden have less power are...mad.

Republicans portrayed it as a partisan attack on Mr. Trump, while oscillating between denouncing Trump-related investigations and raising other matters such as inflation, violent crime, illegal immigration, gas prices and voter fraud fears.
Someone tell them you can't attack a guy who's not president, by limiting the powers of another guy who is president.

BREAKING: Kentucky Republican Thomas Massie is calling for emergency aid for his district following the tornadoes in Kentucky despite the fact that he’s voted against emergency aid for everyone else his entire time in Congress.

Well of course. You wouldn't be a pile of GOP feces unless you did this.

The sorta give Biden credit for just doing his job is he is giving federal disaster relief to a red state and didn't even criticize Kentucky's politics.

Rand Paul begs Biden for federal aid to Kentucky tornado victims -- after a career of voting 'no' when others needed the same

It's pretty funny, because I'd imagine he'd have to take a bunch of vaccines then. Not just Covid.
