As I just said in another thread, if your "political realities" include statements like "some people are just above the law, and that's how things are gonna be", or "we can't expect ethical conduct out of out politicians or judiciary", then your country's already in the process of collapsing, and systems are already failing. It's not a hypothetical; you're describing the collapse of those systems, with those phrases.

That's not even a progressive point of view (though I'd count myself as falling under that label). That's just, like, historical analysis and an outside observation. Look up the science it's not as simple as you think because science see sex as a spectrum since not everyone born with a penis is surely a male.
