Yeah it was too far. Although I think the point trying to be made is that individuals shouldn't be held to account for their family members. People didn't go after Baron Trump because the kid didn't matter, but they went after every other public Trump because they were fucking shit up in government and gaining money from their positions. Hunter Biden is not in government and literally doesn't fucking matter.

How is it actionable? It's an argument to show Blossom that you shouldn't throw stones in glass houses, and maybe get her to realize she's judging a private citizen with as much influence on politics as herself.

I judge Trump on Trump, not his kids. Not even Melania. Hillary/Michelle/Melania/Barbara/first ladies I don't even take into account, because for the most part, they've been pretty good first ladies. Melania's questionable, but she's not your typical first lady. She had other interests. Still though, her being his wife didn't positively or negatively impact my judgment of Trump.

Yeah, I judge Trump based on Trump and who he's been involved with which includes grown children who have financially benefited. As for the Michelle Obama thing yeah, it's an insult I see often online when comparing her to Melania.

Hunter Biden is a grown man who can make his own (seemingly poor) decisions. President Biden, unlike former president trump, has not seen fit to appoint Hunter to any position of federal power, unlike trump vis-a-vis his own children.

Cocaine was found, I don't think it's been clarified how much or how it was packaged. It was found in a work area, so right-wingers may be trying to pretend the entire White House is just the Biden residence and forgetting that there's literally hundreds of staffpeople who work there daily. The real story seems to be "someone on staff has a drug problem", which honestly just isn't a spectacular reveal.
