I started today new character and I noticed Mounts list doesn't have the mount. Then I checked main character, no mount in the list but he has the mount in action bar.
Tried everything to solve the issue. Nothing work
The only workaround is macro

Are you sure you didn't just set a filter that hid your mount? I searched it just now and it showed up immediately in my mounts list.
