What is the requirements for WoW: BFA flying? Didnt they change it?

Just got back to the game from a long break.

Think i read somewhere they changed the flying requirements in BFA now that SL Prepatch is out.

Does anyone know anything about this ?

Artisan Riding (280% flight speed) will no longer be trainable (but will not be entirely lost – more on that later).
The relative levels at which you acquire the flying skills will change:
Expert Riding (150% flight speed) can be learned at post-squish level 30 (equivalent to level 80 on live).
Master Riding (310% flight speed) can be learned at level 40 (equivalent to level 100 on live).
Finally, Pathfinder achievements for Warlords of Draenor and Legion are being removed and the ability to fly in those expansions is automatically gained with flying at 30.

BFA pathfinder achievement stayed the same and You still need it.

They removed the need for flightmaster for WoD and Legion, and the need to buy anything special, like flight master's licence or cold weather flying, for older areas. BFA has not changed.
The most difficult thing for people to do is objectively look at something they don't like and be able to accept that it is not bad, that other people like it, and if it was changed to the way they'd like it that other people would not like it and want it changed back. The second most is to receive something they didn't want or ask for and be grateful for it, not immediately demand what they wanted instead.
